Products and compatibility
We make reasonable efforts to keep product titles, specifications, images, compatibility information and prices accurate. Before ordering an adapter, converter or cable, please check the input port, output port, supported resolution and device requirements shown on the product page. Contact us before purchase if you need compatibility help.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Taxes and delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout. We may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, stock or listing error and will refund any amount already paid.
Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include online payment and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by the selected payment service provider. VOOCME does not store complete card or UPI credentials.
Shipping
Orders are delivered to the address submitted at checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative and can be affected by courier serviceability, weather, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Please review our Shipping Policy for current charges and delivery information.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Order cancellations, replacements, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Please inspect the parcel and product soon after delivery and contact us promptly if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.
Warranty and responsible use
Any product or manufacturer warranty stated on the product page applies according to its stated conditions. Warranty or return eligibility may not cover physical damage, liquid damage, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual property
The VOOCME name, website design, original text, graphics and other brand material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VOOCME is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by incompatible equipment, incorrect installation, third-party services or use outside the stated product specifications. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts having lawful jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
