We want VOOCME customers to receive the correct product in good working condition. This policy applies to purchases made directly on voocme.com.
Return or replacement request
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from the product description. Include the order number, issue details and clear photos or video that help us verify the concern.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the product should be returned with its original accessories, manuals, packaging and supplied parts. The item must not show damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, liquid exposure, modification or use outside the stated specifications. Compatibility issues are reviewed against the specifications shown on the product page.
Non-returnable situations
A return may be declined for customer-caused physical damage, missing parts, unauthorised repair or modification, excessive use, or a request made after the stated return period. This does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
Return process
- Submit the request through our Contact Us page with your order number.
- Wait for return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the product securely with all included items.
- After receipt, we will inspect the item and confirm replacement or refund eligibility.
Please do not send a product without receiving return instructions first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds may require verified bank or UPI details. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to reflect the credit after a refund is processed. Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the item supplied was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once dispatched, the return process applies. If VOOCME cancels an order because of stock, payment or listing issues, any received payment will be refunded.
