This Shipping Policy explains how VOOCME delivers orders placed on voocme.com.
Shipping coverage
We currently accept delivery orders to serviceable locations within India. Availability may depend on the delivery PIN code and courier coverage.
Delivery charges
- Orders below ₹499: ₹49 standard delivery charge per order.
- Orders of ₹499 or more: free standard shipping.
The applicable charge is calculated automatically at checkout. A delivery charge is applied once per order, not once per item.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery verification, where applicable. The estimated delivery date shown during checkout or in order communication is an estimate and may vary by location, stock availability, courier capacity, weather and public holidays.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be shared through the order details page or the email/mobile information provided during checkout. Tracking may take some time to update after dispatch.
Address and delivery attempts
Please provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because an incorrect address was supplied or repeated delivery attempts failed.
Damaged or missing parcel
If the parcel appears damaged, opened or tampered with, note it with the delivery partner when possible. Contact us promptly with the order details and clear photos so we can investigate.
